Provider Profile Updates 25-26

The Provider Profile update and Cost of Care survey for 2025-26 opened on January 1st. Both the profile update and the survey must be completed by all School Readiness and VPK providers by Friday, March 28, 2025, to initiate your contract renewal process.

For non-contracted providers, you must create a profile and complete a survey in order to be notified of any future funding opportunities and to be included in our child care listings that are shared with families looking for child care in our seven counties. The deadline to complete your profile and survey is March 28, 2025.

Cost of Care Survey Tips

To Complete your 2025-2026 Provider Profile and Survey:

  1. Log on to your Provider Portal account: https://providerservices.floridaearlylearning.com/
  2. Click the profile tab and select Provider Profile.
  3. Click the BLUE Create 2025 button (this will launch your 2025 profile).
  4. Click each tab and review the information. Make any necessary updates, making sure all fees, private pay rates, and closure calendar are accurate.
  5. Submit your profile for coalition review.
  6. Periodically check for correspondence requesting edits and the coalition’s approval.
