The Provider Profile update and Cost of Care survey for 2026-27 opened on January 1st. Both the profile update and the survey must be completed by all School Readiness and VPK providers by Friday, March 27, 2026, to initiate your contract renewal process.
For non-contracted providers, you must create a profile and complete a survey in order to be notified of any future funding opportunities and to be included in our child care listings that are shared with families looking for child care in our seven counties. The deadline to complete your profile and survey is March 27, 2026.

To Complete your 2025-2026 Provider Profile and Survey:
- Log on to your Provider Portal account: https://providerservices.floridaearlylearning.com/
- Click the profile tab and select Provider Profile.
- Click the BLUE Create 2026 button (this will launch your 2026 profile).
- Click each tab and review the information. Make any necessary updates, making sure all fees, private pay rates, and closure calendar are accurate.
- Submit your profile for coalition review.
- Periodically check for correspondence requesting edits and the coalition’s approval.
