Early Childhood Care Coordination (EC3) is a program for children birth to five years of age that uses proven techniques to decrease disruptive behaviors at home and in the classroom. A Success Coach will work with your family to develop a Success Plan specific to your child(ren)’s needs and connect you to local community resources.
