We are calling all ELC-contracted providers interested in the Special Needs Rate. 

• Do you have a child with diagnosed or suspected special needs?
• Do you provide extra accommodations to support a child in the classroom?
• Do you have a child with an IEP or IFSP?

Then this meeting is for you. On December 5th, starting at 12:30 pm CST, we will be hosting a meeting to discuss

• What a Special Needs Rate is.
• How to apply for a Special Needs Rate.
• Who qualifies for a Special Needs Rate.
• What the Coalition will do when a child is approved for a Special Needs Rate.
• Provide space for discussion and feedback
