Help Me Grow Playgroups are free, welcoming gatherings where children ages birth to 5 and their caregivers can learn, play, and grow together. Each playgroup features hands-on activities designed to encourage early learning, language development, movement, creativity, and social-emotional skills through play.

Caregivers also have the opportunity to connect with other families, learn simple ways to support their child’s development at home, and discover local resources available through Help Me Grow Northwest Florida.

Whether it’s your first playgroup or your fiftieth, you’ll find a supportive environment where every family is welcome.
